Apprentices
An apprenticeship with Align is your chance to earn a wage, gain a recognised qualification and learn from hands-on experience on an amazing project. It’s a brilliant alternative to college or university – and this project is on a scale that few apprentices will ever get the chance to be involved in. You can grow the specialist skills that will equip you for a future career in the forefront of engineering and construction.
Graduates
We’re hiring graduates into Align across many of our specialist teams. You’ll find a wide range of engineering, construction, surveying and digital roles – as well as opportunities in corporate and support functions. By embracing early responsibility, you can gain the kind of on-the-job experience that will be the envy of many of your old university course-mates. Our join venture partners have excellent records in developing graduate talent. So, you will enjoy a structured development programme to complement what you learn in role, as well as mentoring and guidance from industry-leading specialists. As the tunnels and viaduct progress, you will keep on developing too. Imagine what it will mean to have this project on your CV.
Placement students
If you’re looking for a year in industry, or summer internship, we can offer a placement you will never forget across a range of engineering and technical fields. You will get hands-on responsibility and daily opportunities to learn on site what you can’t in a lecture theatre. Your time with us will look great on your CV – and could set you up to return to the project after graduation, or to join one of our joint venture partners.
