At Align, we operate as one team, an Integrated Project Team (IPT), bringing together colleagues from Align, Align-D, HS2 and our supply chain. By working together, we will ensure we deliver the C1 project safely and to the highest standards.

The Team Charter was developed to demonstrate how we will collectively deliver the HS2 vision ‘To be a catalyst for growth across Britain’ through our Mission Statement and Values underpinned by our promises and commitments.
